90 SpiceJet Pilots Barred From Flying Boeing 737 Max. Will Bear Coaching: DGCA

The Directorate Basic of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has disallowed 90 pilots of Spicejet airline from flying Boeing 727 Max plane after discovering out that the mentioned pilots weren’t correctly educated.

The Boeing 737 Max planes had been stopped from flying in India by the DGCA in March 2019, three days after the crash of a Boeing 737 Max plane flying from Addis Ababa in Ethiopia to Nairobi. The ban on Boeing planes was lifted in August 2021.
