Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), which owns Motherhood Hospitals, a series of hospitals devoted to girls and youngsters, acquired Bengaluru-based Femiint Hospitals on September 21.

Femiint Hospital, situated in Whitefield, supplies girls and childcare companies starting from out-patient care in gynaecology, pediatrics & IVF pediatric care to complete in-patient care in obstetrics, birthing, gynaecology surgical procedure, fertility & IVF care, apart from pediatric surgical procedure.

Since 2016, Motherhood Hospitals had invested ₹200 crore in consolidating its presence in Bengaluru, and was planning to make an extra funding of ₹50 crore.

With this acquisition, Motherhood Hospitals would have a community of seven hospitals and two out-patient services in Bengaluru. The corporate has arrange a series of 18 hospitals throughout 8 cities in India, submit the AHH funding in 2016. It additionally has a community of 200 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) beds.
